Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The location was convenient and quiet, but the room I had was aged and had a water leak issue, which affected my stay. Service was average as they only responded to our needs after we insisted, and there were some issues with cancellation requests. The dining options were not impressive, and the facilities were lacking variety.
The hotel is located conveniently off the highway with easy access and next to two great restaurants. The rooms, although comfortable, show signs of being an old guest room conversion and are somewhat outdated. The service was overall helpful, especially in resolving issues like getting the TV to work. The dining experience, while including hot food and waffles, was not very varied and had its drawbacks. The location, despite being near the rougher part of town, is near I-135, making it accessible but not close to other amenities.
The hotel had rooms that needed repairs and reeked of smoke, with some moths in it, making it smell outdated. There was a ripped chair in the room that was smelly and needed to be thrown out. The service upped the appeal by being friendly, responsive, and helpful. The location, though a bit rough nearby, was in a very attractive area of town and met our needs well. The dining options were available but charged full price for the room, with hot items making it above average but might make you search elsewhere. The facilities offered were decent.
